Everness Privada is a refuge in the most vibrant area in Guadalajara. Four sober and introspective houses that are named after the term coined by Jorge Luis Borges that referred to eternity and the memory of time. The conception of Everness Privada arose to satisfy people that are sensitive to intimate and racional beauty from the renowned Mexican architecture. An artisanal and refined project that take the city’s old materials and textures combining them in a captivative and functional design.

SERVICES
Houses are distributed in 3 levels. First Level: Offers dinning room, kitchen, living room, half bathroom, laundry room and patios. Second Floor: Television room, two single bed room and a full bathroom. Third Floor: A King Size bed room with TV, interior patio and full bathroom. Houses are all equpped with AC, kitchen, refrigerator, mircowave oven, blender, coffee pot, tableware, silverware, cookware, safe, desk, cable system, WIFI and two parking lot spots.
